香浓巧克力布朗尼| Classic Brownie

材料/Ingredient:

无盐牛油 Unsalted Butter 120g
黑巧克力 Dark chocolate 120g
低筋面粉 Cake Flour 70g
可可粉 Cocoa powder 25g
合桃 Walnut 40g
砂糖 Sugar 50g
盐 Salt 2g
蛋 Eggs 2颗

步骤/Steps:
1. 牛油和巧克力分別放碗中隔水融化 备用
1. Unsalted Butter and Dark Chocolate need to be melted, melted in a bowl separated by water.

2. Add in sugar, salt and eggs into melted butter

3. Mixed and sieved Cake Flour and Cocoa Powder for use

低筋面粉

4. 合桃裝入保鮮袋中用擀麵杖敲碎
4. Break Walnut into small pieces

5. 牛油混合物和麵粉糊和核桃倒入巧克力糊裡
5. Mix ingredient step (3) with Melted Butter and Melted Chocolate

6. Pour in the Brownie into mould, bake with 180 degree Celsius for 25 ~ 30 minutes
