烧焦芝士蛋糕 | Burn Cheesecake

 这次没有把每个步骤都拍照,尽请见谅。o(╥﹏╥)o 材料/Ingredient: 奶油乳酪 Cream Cheese 400g 鸡蛋 Egg 2 糖 Sugar 60g 牛油 Butter 60g 全脂牛奶 Full Cream Milk 180ml 面粉 Flour 30g 步骤/Steps: 1. 牛油和全脂牛奶放碗中隔水融化一起 备用 1. Butter and Full Cream Milk need to be melted together, melted in a bowl separated by water. 牛油隔水融化后加入全脂牛奶一起搅拌 2. 将 2 颗鸡蛋打散 备用 2. 2 beaten Eggs for later use 3. 把奶油乳酪和糖加入碗中,搅拌均匀 3. Kneaded Cream Cheese and Sugar until it become smooth in a bowl 4. 加入蛋液,分 3 次倒入步骤 3 里,用打蛋器打至均匀。加入牛油和全脂牛奶混合液,再打至均匀。 4. Divide the beaten egg into 3 times. Add in mixture of Butter and Full Cream Milk into it and mix it. 5. 最后加入过筛面粉,打至均匀,(打好之后可以看见软绵但不会太液体、太固体的呈现)。 最后倒入模即可 5. Add in flour and mix it. (After mix, the mixture will not be too fluid or too solid.) Finally pour the mixture in to mold. 6. 烤箱预热230° 10分钟。之后用230° 烤45分钟即可。 6. Preheat oven with 230° for 10 minutes. Bake the mixture with 230° for 45 minutes. 烧焦芝士蛋糕On the way (¯﹃¯) 烤好啦!起司浓郁的味道,真想马上吃完! ლ(´ڡ`ლ)
